What do you need to do? You will need to create an ContractorCheck account, and fill out company contact information at www.ContractorCheck.com
All your ContractorCheck account questions will be answered. Specific documents and programs from your new Safety Manual will be copied and uploaded to ContractorCheck for review. The manual will also be uploaded to ContractorCheck for review and approval.
Safety manual included in the package is completely customized with your name, address, procedures and practices relevant to your business, and is ContractorCheck compatible.
How will you receive your manual?
Safety Manual is delivered to your email in MS Word format and PDF (Adobe).
It will take 3-10 business days to complete your manual, from the time your order and payment is received..
Need it sooner?.
We also offer rush processing for fee - just indicate you would like rush processing, and your manual will be ready in 2 business days.
It will take one additional day to answer safety questions on your ContractorCheck account.
Once the questions are answered, the final copy of the safety manual will be uploaded to ContractorCheck for review. ContractorCheck will then take one to few days to review and approve your account.
Your ContractorCheck account is already set up? Do you just need someone to monitor it and ensure it stays active and valid? You may be interested in the ContractorCheck monthly maintenance program.
Monthly maintenance for your ContractorCheck account would cost $75 + Tax, charged to your credit card on monthly basis.
This package would include checking on your ContractorCheck account twice per month, and performing any updates as required to keep your ContractorCheck account up to date.
Included in the service:

-any new requested documents created and uploaded,
-reminding you of billing or insurance requirements,
-acknowledging new client documents, etc...
You would be provided digital copies of any new documents created on your behalf, by adding these documents to your safety manual and updated manual delivered to your email.
You would only need to look for emails that say Action Required in the title. (otherwise the email is informational and you do not need to do anything)
There is no contract and you can start or you can cancel monthly maintenance subscription at any time.
